A NEPALI ALEGEDLY VANQUISHED IN SYDNEY

Sydney, Australia/September3:

Nawaraj Kharel "Jon’’ 28, a Nepali allegedly attacked by Lebanese , suspected Bikey Gang members in Sydney bus when he was getting back home from his work place , Collaroy Plateau to Wynyard today. After being assaulted , he suffered with bruise on his left eye and lacerations on his back.
" A friend of mine , rang me on my mobile consequently I was talking to him in our mother tongue Nepali ,a man just in front of me alarmed me not to speak the language other than English; I apologize and hang up.’ ’ Says the victim Nawaraj. Expressing his pathetic confrontation he adds “after a couple of minutes my wife rang me so I had to speak in Nepali , he got tempered and assailed on me . He swore on me first and stanched my mobile set and vanquished me. I fell down on the floor inside the bus , they dragged me forward . I was struggling with them after 5 minutes people started to scream and driver stopped the bus apparently they escaped from the bus."
This is not only the first time ; assaults have ,reiterate , been happening to Nepali people in Sydney. Nepali people have been facing various kind of assaults such as burgling , swearing , bulling and sexual assault as well. One Nepali young lady was murdered , after being raped by the Lebanese men , in one of a western suburb in Sydney ; last year.
‘’ There are too many Sydney based Nepali organization, but we have never heard about any contribution they have done for Nepali in need’’ Ishwor Dahal one of a victim grumbles. Likewise he adds more ‘’ there are many assault cases which had happened to Nepali here in Sydney, but none of the culprit has yet been turned up and non of the fugitive has yet been arrested.''
Nevertheless, tentative 50,000 Nepalese people are living in Sydney, most of them are students. Australian Government has been pledged , education trade one of a gruesome trade and it has been supporting Australian economy significantly ; every public transport commuter has to be secure in terms of security and safe life in Sydney.
